Orange UK is offering you the chance to pre-order your iPad now.

This is a common argument amongst researchers, with many Teens arguing against their research. What’s your opinion?

Those of you in the UK, and are signed up to Apple’s news letter, will have recieved an email offering you the option to pre-order you iPad. UK inhabitants will be able to buy an iPad in the shops on the 28th May!

Graphics cards are the part of every desktop, laptop and mobile device that power the display of screen. In computers, there are two main companies for powerful graphics cards: ATI and NVidia.

These two producers have the same issues as most other things, you either love ‘em or hate ‘em. ATI lovers say NVidia have poor quality hardware, and NVidia followers say ATI have very dissapointing drivers. Personally, I would agree with both of these statements. I have a powerful ATI mobile graphics card, and that works well until the driver trips over itself.

Although, I know someone who had a NVidia Toshiba laptop that worked well until the physical card broke.

A while back, a company called Blackberry made a phone. It was a continuation of an older model, an update if you like. However, this ‘update’ was the first BlackBerry to have 3G, and now that 3G how continued through to BlackBerry’s Pearl. The BlackBerry Pearl 3G looks very nice, and has a track-pad, as opposed to a track ball.

The BlackBerry I have always liked the look of is the Pearl Flip. I am just hoping that 3G will get to the Flip sooner rather than later.

I recently recieved an email from Apple stating that this year’s WWDC is going to be held on June 7th. iPhone OS 4 release, and new iPhone?

I love Twitter, far superior to Facebook, but I don’t like the mobile web app. So, this means I use a client on my iPhone. What do I use? Well, I tried Echofon. Echofon looked nice, had decent features, however it was to buggy for me, kept freezing and crashing. So, I tried IM+ for Twitter. IM+ is a great MSN client, just not a good Twitter client, nothing is ‘logical’, it doesn’t make sense. So, I tried Tweetdeck. Tweetdeck is by far the best for me, feature rich and works as well as the wheels on a car!

I personally have one of these processors in my Dell, I have to say that it’s a brilliant processor. It has handled everything I can throw at it, and I have thrown a lot at it (VMs, games, etc.). Apart from being a quad core, the Turbo Boost Technology is what makes the processor stand out of all the other processors, because it saves battery life but give the computer that noticeable ‘umph’ when it needs it. I would give it 9 out of 10, not 10 out of 10 because the prices difference between the i5 and i7 isn’t enough to chose the i5 if you get a choice.

EtherPad is a web site, that contain a text editor online. Just like Google Docs, then? No, this allows two or more people to be editing the document at once. Great if you are doing a collaborative document, like my colleague and I are right now!
